2. Products and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance due to handcrafted nature.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of order placement.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online payment methods as displayed at checkout. For prepaid orders, payment must be received before dispatch. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment/contact information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other areas, though delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over Rs. 3,000.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
  • For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at contactscrubies@gmail.com or visit our Contact Page.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

6. Product Use and Safety

  • Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
  • Please review ingredient lists before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
  • Perform a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
  • Keep products out of reach of children.
