Delivery & Returns

• We deliver to all major cities and areas across Pakistan.
• Metro cities (e.g. Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3–5 business days.
• Other areas: 5–7 business days. Delivery time may vary for remote locations.
• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more. Otherwise, delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your city/area.
• You will receive order and tracking updates via WhatsApp/SMS where possible.
• Please provide a correct address and contact number. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to wrong details.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready when possible.
• We also accept bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash for prepaid orders. Details are shared after you place the order.

• We offer a 7-day return for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
• To start a return, email us at contactscrubies@gmail.com or use our Contact page with your order number.
• Return delivery cost is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and check the returned item.
• For COD returns, refunds are made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash as agreed.

We ship from Islamabad, Pakistan. All products are handcrafted in small batches and packed with care before dispatch.
